Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Framyy: this website (framyy.com), the service at app.framyy.com and the Framyy plugin for Figma. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Framyy uses AI to work with Figma design systems. It reads a design concept and your design system, plans the changes, and applies them to the design system through the Framyy plugin, which you run inside Figma yourself.
Framyy is currently offered as an invite-only pilot. Features may change, and access is granted individually by the operator.
2. Access and your account
- You can request access with the Request Access form on framyy.com. During the pilot we may grant, refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
- Your account is personal. Keep your sign-in to yourself and do not share your account.
- The Framyy plugin you download from the service carries a key that is personal to you. Do not pass your copy of the plugin to other people — anyone using it acts under your account.
3. Your files and results
You keep all rights to your design files. You also own all rights to the output the tool produces in your files — generated or updated styles, variables and components. You confirm that you have the right to connect the Figma files you use with the service.
The design concept is only a source: the service reads it and does not write to it. Changes go only into the design-system file you point the service at. More on this on our Security page.
4. Reviewing changes
The service reports every change it makes to your files, including changes it could not make. You are responsible for reviewing those changes before you rely on them. Figma's version history lets you restore an earlier version of a file.
5. AI-generated results
Plans and results are produced with the help of an AI model. They can contain mistakes — treat them as proposals to review, not as final work. How your data is processed for this is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on Figma (its API and plugin platform), on Anthropic (the AI model) and on Render (hosting). We are not responsible for outages, changes or limitations on their side; while one of them is unavailable, parts of the service will not work.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access files you have no rights to, to disrupt the service, or to attempt to bypass its access controls.
8. Fees
The pilot is free of charge.
9. Suspension and ending use
We may suspend or end access to protect the service or other users, or when the pilot ends. You may stop using the service at any time. To disconnect Figma, revoke Framyy in your Figma account settings (Connected apps).
10. No warranty
The pilot service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We work to keep results correct and reviewable, but you are responsible for reviewing changes the tool makes to your files (the tool reports every change it makes for that purpose).
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (during the free pilot: zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; on material changes we will notify registered users by e-mail. The current version is always available on this page.
